Refund policy

Each 13thirteen candle is hand-poured to order in Los Angeles. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, with the exceptions below.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at thirteen13.studio13@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing thirteen13.studio13@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are shipping to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, 13thirteen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend a secure delivery address.
