Processing Time

Each 13thirteen candle is hand-poured to order in Los Angeles. Please allow 10-14 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend up to 3 weeks.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days transit time
Free shipping on orders over $200

International Shipping
USPS Priority Mail International: 7-21 business days transit time
Free shipping on orders over $413
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at thirteen13.studio13@gmail.com with photo evidence.

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, 13thirteen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
